Meet Casey Adams
Founder & Lead Advisor
Casey spent more than a decade building her career in strategic HR leadership, including as a PHR-certified HR Director for a multi-million-dollar Bay Area engineering firm while raising a family and working remotely long before remote work was standard.
She eventually built her own firm, doubling revenue year over year for five consecutive years, and along the way helped companies with more than $4 million in payroll move out of restrictive co-employment models and uncover over $100,000 per client in hidden HR risk.
Working closely with growing professional services firms, Casey kept seeing the same pattern: successful owners losing sleep over compliance exposure and difficult personnel decisions, while off-the-shelf HR solutions explained the law but never helped them decide what to actually do. That gap is why she founded 902 Market Advisors and built it around a simple idea: business owners deserve a partner who helps them lead with confidence, not just cover their risk.
